The Bodhi Tree offers a 220-hour Basic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training & Certification program.  Classes meet 12 weekends over ten months. 

Our trainings are in the En Yoga style. In Sanskrit, "En" means the Self, the transcendental Essence of the personality. Our goal is to train teachers to see this Self, this uniqueness in themselves, and in each student and to encourage freedom of movement and of thought in order to be happy, healthy and whole human beings on the planet.   En Yoga is based on Erich Schiffmann's style of teaching called Freedom Yoga. 

En Yoga Teacher Training is open to all levels of students. Students new to yoga not seeking certification will receive a strong foundation and creative environment in which to learn.

Students seeking certification need to have or immediately begin a regular personal practice and have six months experience in any style of yoga prior to beginning the Program.  Students seeking certification must also attend all 12 weekends. 

Our programs meet the standards of the Yoga Alliance and our school is a nationally Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance.

Lesa is available for private instruction, workshops, presentations and event promotion.
